Dr. Jack Bailey is a business development professional and business educator with more than two decades of experience in defense contracting and government services business development.

He is the Managing Partner of The Kyle Group, LLC, a business development analysis, consulting, and executive education firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership positions with several organizations, including serving as Vice President of Business Development for Pacific Architects and Engineers (PAE).

Operationally, Dr. Bailey has served in a variety of roles including Strategic Planner, Business Developer, Capture Manager, Color Team Facilitator, and Proposal Manager, and has experience across all phases of the business development lifecycle. He holds Shipley Associates certifications in Business Development and Capture Management and is a certified Proposal Management Professional (CF APMP) with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.

He previously served as Vice Chairman of the Mid-South Chapter of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and as a member of the organization’s national Professional Ethics Committee.

As an educator, Dr. Bailey has taught business and leadership courses for several universities and holds the Distinguished Educator credential with Phi Delta Kappa International.

He earned his Doctorate in Leadership Education from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky, and received the 2015 Mary Angela Shaughnessy Leadership Education Award. He completed executive education at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.

Dr. Bailey and his wife Saundra have three grown sons and reside in Las Vegas, Nevada.
